CrossFit Modig understands that many people would like to supplement their regular CrossFit workouts with 1:1 personal training.

We offer personal training by appointment only. The sessions will incorporate the same elements as the group CrossFit workouts, but in a setting that allows individual customization. Please contact us (david@crossfitmodig.com) or (720-202-6283) to set up an initial one-on-one consultation and we will help to understand where you are today and where we can take you in the future.
