NEW TO CROSSFIT

Experienced CrossFitter:

Have you trained at a Crossfit facility previously? If you feel comfortable with the way a CrossFit gym is run then this is where to start. We prefer for you to have been in another CrossFit gym for at least 1 month to be considered experienced.
