We love CrossFit just as much as the next person…well, maybe even more. With that said, mobility is a seriously close second. In fact, we might be so bold as to say it’s a tie for first place. Without proper mobility and form, your CrossFit journey will not be nearly as long or as fruitful. Yoga is one way we want to encourage adding mobility to your DAILY life. So, we have added a new day and time for our Yoga classes! Starting this Thursday, April 2nd, we will be offering Yoga at 5:30pm on Thursdays. Sign up via Wodify and come ready to get mobile!
