Megan grew up playing basketball, softball and soccer, often playing two sports at once! She started CrossFit about 5 years ago at the university gym because she needed something to fill the void. Megan instantly became addicted to CrossFit and how it made her feel. She was lucky enough to have the opportunity to start coaching in 2013 at the University of Nevada, Reno. Who knew you could love coaching just as much as love working out?! Megan loves the community and friendships that CrossFit builds and the look on people's faces when something finally clicks for them. She is currently in nursing school, so coaching and working out are a major stress relief.

Favorite exercises: Any sort of weight lifting and wall balls
Hobbies: Reading, hiking, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors!
Random: I drink a lot of coffee and like to make up random "rap" songs, which are really just rhymes :)
Last meal: A burger with a pretzel bun and sweet potato fries
Dream car: 1966 Ford Mustang
Vacation: Ireland or Norway
