Our programs are designed to appropriately challenge you for your level of fitness, while ensuring safety and efficiency. Whether you’re a beginner or a lifelong athlete, our programs are extremely flexible and our coaches are skilled in making sure everyone gets exactly what they need.

Small Group Fitness

CrossFit Modig incorporates a fitness program that incorporates strength and conditioning among constantly varied workouts that provide superior results in all facets of fitness.

When you combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance activities like biking, running, and rowing in varied levels of time and intensity, it creates unmatched results! We apply everything from the most basic air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make them applicable to anyone at any fitness level. You get the best workout every time and every workout is different- you never get bored!!


If You're New

CrossFit Modig's On-Ramp program is the best option for new athletes beginning their fitness journey. You will have 4 sessions of personal, 1-on-1 coaching and instruction by our best coaches. This is the best way to get you “ready” for your first CrossFit class.

We will introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday. It is designed to prepare you for our CrossFit group classes.


Different Options

Our regular small group fitness CrossFit classes offer a Performance and Fitness track that are designed to get you in great shape, but with a slightly different emphasis. The Performance program will have more barbell movements, heavier weights and is designed to put more power behind your cycling, skiing or golf swing. The Fitness option is ideal if your primary goal is overall improved quality of life, maintenance of lean body mass and, if desired, decreased body fat. Both options are incredible, often overlap with one another and will simultaneously get you in great shape.  Whether you are new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, we will work closely with you to determine the best initial path.


Personal Programming

Do you love small group workouts, but are also looking for one-on-one coaching? We provide personalized programming that is the most efficient way to reach your personal fitness goals. Your coach will prepare additional programming we call ‘homework’ specifically targeting your goals and reaching them as quickly as possible.The one on one focus can often help you realize improvements much quicker.




Paleo, Whole30, Counting Macros, Keto, Vegan…in this day and age with all of the diets and buzzwords, it is difficult to decide what nutritional path is right for you. Since we are all biologically unique, we believe that is how nutrition should be approached. Annie Williams, Crossfit Modig’s in-house certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, has been trained to look at each person’s individual needs using an approach that is backed by science. Whether your goal is weight loss, better sleep, performance, or any other nutritional concern, she will work with you and your goals to create an individualized nutritional plan.

Rest and recovery are integral to achieving your goals and sustaining a long term healthy lifestyle. We offer all our members, on an Unlimited Member program, monthly punch cards to Core Power Yoga South Denver. Restore your body and mind with a yoga class once per week!
