Ready to Take it to the Next Level
CrossFit Modig’s weightlifting sessions have an increased amount of volume and strength bias over the CrossFit sessions. Conditioning is not top priority in this program.
Sessions will be fast-paced. To maintain efficiency, we expect athletes to be prepared to lift at the start of class - you will need to be early to warm up. Athletes will be briefed on movements. Movement and technique will be analyzed during the session. Athlete’s will be expected to perform a minimum of the following movements with full ranges of motion, footwork, strict pull ups, chin ups, push jerk and split jerk, hang snatch and hang power snatch, power clean and clean.
The Weightlifting class is a great opportunity to improve your technique and become more efficient.
