CrossFit Modig encourages a performance based approach to nutrition, which largely adheres to the fundamentals of Whole30®.

Our goal is to help our members achieve their goals, be it weight loss, strength, endurance, etc. While we won’t preach to you about what you are eating and drinking, we do want you to achieve your goals and feel strongly that nutrition can be very impactful. We offer onsite nutritional consulting, prepared meal delivery services and arrangements with local farms to provide discounts and delivery of grass finished meats. We hope that these will help support you in achieving your goals.

Food physically makes up what you are. If you eat crap you will feel like and perform like crap.

For this reason we have a very specific nutritional recommendation. We understand that everyone is different and we make allowances for that, but our over arching theory is to eat REAL FOOD. Real food is something that closely resembles something found in nature. Real food generally does not come in a package or need nutritional labeling. REAL FOOD HAS 1 INGREDIENT. (Black Box Ft. Very Simply - Eat Meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, NO sugar.
