CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. We inspire, coach and provide our community with the most aggressive and proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition and athletic training protocols.
Classes will be specifically geared toward improving cardiovascular performance, muscular stamina, and endurance sports potential. It is different from the traditional long-slow distance training by eliminating volume and upping the intensity of the workouts. EMOM lifting complexes, work/rest intervals, long distance run/row, and longer duration AMRAPs will all be part of the program.
