These sessions are specifically designed for people who want the constantly varied, high-intensity aspects of CrossFit without the heavy lifting. If you find the thought of regular CrossFit sessions intimidating, CrossFit Unloaded is a great way to get into shape using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls.

Do I need to take the On Ramp course first?

No. CrossFit Unloaded is a great introduction to the CrossFit methodology and you may start right away. The coaches will teach you everything you need to know for workouts.

Why should I choose CrossFit Unloaded?

We believe proficiency in Olympic Weightlifting movements is an important part of your athletic development, but understand not everyone shares our passion for barbell lifting.

This is where CrossFit Unloaded comes in. These challenging, high-intensity, bootcamp-style workouts will keep you moving, utilizing a variety of bodyweight movements and lighter weights. Don’t be fooled, these workouts are not easy- it is still CrossFit but we have “Unloaded” the barbells.

Who should use CrossFit Unloaded?

• Beginners who are interesting in our CrossFit program but want to build up some conditioning and basic strength first.
• Those who are tired of the big gyms and want the variety and intensity of CrossFit without the heavy lifting.

• Individuals who have an injury preventing them from lifting heavy weight but still want to get in shape.
