After completing your free introductory session, you will begin the On Ramp phase.
We divide the On Ramp phase into three separate days of small group sessions, limited to no more than 10 people. The smaller class size allows for focused attention on the new members of CrossFit Modig. Class includes instruction on core CrossFit moves: squats (back, front, overhead), presses, cleans, jerk, snatch and deadlift, a brief conditioning workout and introduction to the equipment and orientation of the gym. By the completion of the third session, we will have gone through a progression of the movements listed above and have tackled a different style of workout (AMRAP, chipper, task priority workout, etc.) Form is important and we want to make sure you see, from the onset, correct form for all movements. As you move into participating in regular CrossFit workouts, instruction on these moves will continue, thereby allowing you to progress in a safe environment.
